Check-out time is until 11:00 hours. If you need a later check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request based on availability.

3. No Smoking:

The accommodation is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the condominium. If smoking is detected inside the apartment, additional cleaning charges will apply.

4. Kitchen Safety:

For safety reasons, do not leave stoves or the kitchen appliances on when no responsible person is present in the apartment. Be sure to turn off all appliances when leaving the accommodation.

5. Internet Connection Issues:

If you experience any instability with the internet connection, guests have the option to set up internet access through their own mobile phones, as the signal is of good quality. If you have issues with the setup, feel free to contact us for assistance.

6. Condition of Accommodation upon Return:

The accommodation must be returned in the same condition of inventory, order, and cleanliness as when it was received. If not, additional charges will apply for cleaning or replacement of damaged or missing items.

7. Tennis Court:

The use of the tennis court must be requested in advance with the administration. Be sure to make your reservation ahead of time.

8. Barbecue Area:
