Laguna de Mar Condominium, Close to the "Puerta de Mar" shopping center with a leading supermarket, home center, pharmacy, courier services, various stores and outlets. Walking along the beach 150 meters you reach the El Faro sector or a wetland, ideal for watching birds and wildlife in the area.
You can get around without difficulty by UBER or simply walking along the main access avenue to reach the "Puerta de Mar" shopping center where you will find Hipermercado Lider, Home Center, among other stores and postal and bank services, or reach the center of the city walking a few more blocks.

Additional Rules for the Accommodation
1. Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you need to check in earlier, please consult availability in advance.
2. Check-out Time: Check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please notify us in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request depending on availability.
3. No Smoking: The accommodation is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the condominium. If smoking is detected inside the apartment, additional cleaning charges will apply.
4. Kitchen Safety: For safety reasons, do not leave stoves or kitchen appliances on when no responsible person is present in the apartment. Make sure to turn off all appliances when leaving the accommodation.
5. Internet Connection Issues: If you experience any instability with the internet connection, the guest has the option to set up internet access using their own mobile phone, as the signal is of good quality. If you have issues with the setup, feel free to contact us for assistance.
6. Conditions for Returning the Accommodation: The accommodation must be returned in the same condition of inventory, order, and cleanliness as it was received. If not, additional charges for cleaning or replacement of damaged or lost items will apply.
7. Tennis Court: Use of the tennis court must be requested in advance from the management. Be sure to make your reservation early.
8. Barbecue Area: The barbecue area also needs to be reserved in advance. We will provide the details to make your reservation directly with the management.
9. Pool Hours: The pools have specific opening and closing hours. Please check when you arrive to ensure you make the most of your time there.
10. Lifeguards Only in Season: Lifeguards are available only when the condominium's general management determines it.
